The Desert Thunder Band has been performing in the Four Corners area since 1996. Since then, the band has gone through many changes in personel, but the band as it now exists has been together since late nineteen ninety nine. Of the present day line-up, Paul New is the only remaining member of the original group.
Even through all of the changes that The Desert Thunder Band has endured, a strong dedication to entertaining the audiences with good Country Rock Dance Music, and Light Hearted Humor has kept the band consistantly busy since the beginning.
